Premium Backup Plugin doesn't have a menu to use it

I can install the plugin, but it doesn't add a menu item on any of my sites... so unusable.

The Premium Backup extension adds additional backup features and requires that the basic backup plugin is installed and activated to work properly.  Here is a guide on how to install the backup plugin:
