    I forgot my password. And I realize that I made a mistake when I typed my email address during the registration.. How can I manage to correct it to receive your link ? Thanks for ypur help

    Hello Vinh,

    Sorry for the problem with the email address.  If you’re having problems logging into the account or WordPress Administrator, then you need to contact the host where you have made the account.  If you’re dealing with BoldGrid Central, then you should submit a support ticket through the Support Request in the Manage My Account screen (in BoldGrid Central).  If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

    Hi!

    I also entered my email address incorrectly. I used .coom instead of .com for my email address. I have attempted to add by key to a new boldgrid account using the correct email address but it says it needs to get approval from the incorrect email I used. My account controls in boldgrid central does not give me a chance to reach out to support that I can find.

    Hi Melissa-

    Thanks for reaching out, I’m sorry about the frustrating experience getting into your paid account. I’ve fixed your original account to use .com in your email address instead of .coom. You may need to submit a new password reset email, but after that you should be able to log in with your correct email address from now on.
