Confirm your email not sending!

I created an account with boldgrid two weeks ago, they will not allow me to login to my **paid for**  account until I confirm my email address. I have resent the same email over 100 times, checked all of my spam/trash folders and still nothing has come. I cannot even begin working on my website, even though I have been paying for hosting and a boldgrid account. Boldgrid also seems to have no way of contacting them, except by emails... none of which I have been receiving!! I have tried two different accounts, a hotmail account, and a gmail account - neither one receives the emails. HELP!!

Hello Finfree03,

I got a reply from the BoldGrid technical team and they found that the server had sent 11 welcome/confirmation emails and 1 forgot password reply.  However, you don't need the confirmation email to login to the site.  You will need to contact your hosting provider if you are having problems with the login credentials.  The ticket (#1045) will be similar to this reply.  Tickets are private, while the questions are public facing and can be searched by others searching for answers with similar issues.

BAD, I'M UNSATISFIED

I am currently emailing with customer support... however, my online login through my domain admin login brings me directly to the boldgrid login where they require me to confirm my email. I contacted web hosting before posting here, they said they could not help me with this issue.
