Since I redirected my boldgrid website, some of my links like “my account”  do not  work properly anymore.

    IE message :

This content can not be displayed in a frame.
    ...
Open this content in a new window.

It works but the address in the new window is not the redirected address.

So,  is it possible to redirect my site other than with a redirection by frame ?

    Thanks

For a permanent redirection it’s recommended to add a “301” redirect via the .htaccess file. BoldGrid does not officially support Internet Explorer, so that may part of the reason for the error you’re seeing. I’d advise trying in Firefox or Chrome.

Thanks, I have a blank page in Firefox or Chrome.

I’d advise checking in with your hosting support to see what versions of PHP and WordPress you’re using. It’s likely there’s a deeper, underlying issue in your configuration.
