I am using the LINX theme. The “Edit Section” menu no longer opens when you click the black button at the bottom of each block. I can’t change the section backgrounds. HELP!
Hello and thanks for contacting us. I recommend you check the following:
- All plugins are updated, especially post and page builder
- Does the issue continue if you disable other non-BoldGrid plugins?
- Does the issue show in other web browsers
If none of these work, can you undo any changes you last made before the Edit Section option disappeared?
It appears that TinyMCE Advanced plugin broke the theme. I disabled it in both websites that use the LINX theme and that fixed the problem. Are there plans to modify the code so it will work with this popular plugin? Thanks!
