I have been having a lot of difficulty adding a widget under the menu bar. It just looks ugly and the customize menu has nothing to help fix the issue. I also can’t insert space. I installed the Diced Theme, And where it says “Adventure Awaits around every turn” Its not there. The whole block isn’t there and I need that little block. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Link to site so far – blackcardc.com

    Hello hassan1234,

Thank you for contacting us about adding a widget to the space under the menu. Always ensure you are running the latest version of WordPress and BoldGrid. Here are the steps for adding a Widget below the primary menu:

    1. Click Customize in the Dashboard.
    2. In the Customizer click Widgets, then the Below Primary Navigation option.
    3. Click the Add a Widget button.
    4. Choose the Widget you want to add.

You could also use an HTML widget with the steps above and use code to make it display where you want. This will require some coding knowledge.

You can add any block back to a BoldGrid site using the Block Library.

    Thank you,

    John-Paul

what my issue is that, the theme had that widget in place. When I install the theme and content, no widget. The widgets availabile are not doing what I want. Just adding a ugly black strip. For the html coding widget is there a library of code with predetermined styles?

Hello. Unfortunately, we’d need to know more about what exactly you’re looking to add to offer options on HTML codes. You can try adding the widget after the following sections: Customize > Widgets > Call to Action.

If that doesn’t work, please give us more information to further assist you.
