    Hello.

Thank you for posting your question regarding your Premium BoldGrid Connect Key. I’m sorry to see you are experiencing issues with this. Depending on how you signed up you should have either been provided a Premium BoldGrid Connect Key from a participating host. If you are not with a participating host, then you will need to purchase your own Premium BoldGrid Connect Key in order to take advantage of the features that extend beyond the Free BoldGrid Connect Key.

    I hope this helps!

    Sincerely,

    Carlos D.

Hey, well I signed up through WordPress which gave me access as a premium member? are you saying I have to ignore that pop-up every time unless I pay extra? That’s a bit pushy isn’t it?

Just to clarify to make sure we’re on the same page, when you say you signed up through WordPress are you saying that you installed the BoldGrid plugin through the WordPress Dashboard plugin area? Or, are you saying you went through a formal sign-up process?

To answer your question, no you are not required to purchase a premium key. You can request a free key to unlock the base feature set. If you did not receive key after requesting one, I’d advise checking your spam folders to make sure the message was not classified as junk. Once a key has been added the pop-up will cease to show up in WordPress and you may continue to use BoldGrid as intended.

hi yes installed thru WP dashboard / plugin. Didn’t receive key via email, never in trash/junk. WP said to uninstall! Sorry.
