    Hello.

    I’m sorry to see you are experiencing issues with accessing your wp-admin Dashboard. I recommend trying to access the Dashboard by going directly to yourdomain.com/wp-login.php (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain). You may be able to access the login page that wp-admin simply redirects to by navigating to it directly. Alternatively, I would try to manually disable your plugins. You can accomplish this by renaming the plugins folder on the server temporarily. If that grants you access then rename it back and while in the Dashboard disable all your plugins one by one. That final test may determine which plugin (if any) is causing the issue.
