Hello, a company set up my account and helped me get my website up however, when I try to sign in it is not recognizing the account. Are you able to help me?
Sorry for the problem with the login. BoldGrid is a series of plugins made to help you design a website and some other functions. It does not affect how you login to the WordPress account. You will need to speak with your hosting company for assistance in recovering the login credentials.
