Hi – one of my posts has very pixelated images once published, although they are all high res (1-2MB). They look great in edit and preview modes, but terrible once published. I’ve never had this issue before. Thanks

    Hello!

Thanks for the question, I’m sorry to hear that your images aren’t displaying correctly.

First question- are these images ones that you’ve uploaded, or did you find them using the BoldGrid Connect Search image library?

Second, are you willing to post a link to the post so we can take a look for you? That might help us find the cause of your issue.

    Hi Caitlin-

When I check out that page, the images appear normal to me. Here’s a screenshot:

The other images all appear normal as well. You may be seeing a cached version of smaller images in your web browser, so I’d recommend clearing your cache or checking it on another browser.

    I hope this helps!
