The main menu icon for cell phones doesn't respond. Is there a fix to that?

Thanks for that!
I tested on Chrome for Android and Safari for iPhone, and I was able to open your menu on both of them, as well as see the CSS rule being implemented.

It's possible that your mobile has the CSS for the website cached, causing you to see the website without your new z-index rule.

Here's how to clear the cache on iPhone and how to clear the cache on Android.

Please let me know if you're still seeing the behavior after clearing your cache, and which broswer/device you're seeing the issue on.

Hi Carlos,

Thanks for writing back, I'm sorry those steps didn't work for you.

Here's a modified version of the custom CSS from that guide that will work for you on Pavillion. Navigate to your Customize -> Advanced -> Custom JS & CSS menu, and paste this code into the Custom CSS field:

#site-navigation { z-index: 10; }

I hope this helps!

Thanks Jesse.

I added that line but that didn't work either.

The button is there, and it doesn't look like there is something on it preventing the click.

Hello,

Thanks for writing back, I'm really sorry that hasn't worked for you. In my testing with the Pavillion Theme, this CSS code should be working. Can you share your website address so I can take a look and make sure we can get that menu fixed for you?

Thanks Jesse. The issue is driving me nuts because the button should work. This is the website: idiomo.ca. I am using InMotion as my host.

Hello Jesse. Thank you very much. I had three other people checking the site on their phones. All of them had to clear their cache. It works!

Thanks Joseph. I tried the troubleshooting that you suggested but that didn't resolve the issue. Also, I haven't removed the call to action statement, so in theory the menu button should work.
