How do I add footer columns in Crio?

heino 2 months ago updated by support (Support) 2 months ago 1

The directions say to go to Customize/Advanced to add footer columns.  There is no "Advanced" in the Customize menu for me. (Only Theme, Design, Colors, Background, Fonts, Menus, Widgets and  CSS/JS Editor show. Where is it now?

Also, if I go to the widgets page, Footer columns 2, 3 and 4 show as "inactive".  How do I activate?

Thank you for your question!

The footer columns in Crio are created automatically when you add new Widgets to a Footer Section and will scale each column based on the total number of widgets in that section.  The following screen shot shows how Crio treats a brand new Footer Section with 3 widget areas.

I hope this explains how you can begin working with widgets in your footer and please let us know if you have any additional questions.
