Googlebot is not fetching my sitemap due to conflicting between Rank Math plugin and W3 total cache plugin and Rank Math recommended that I create another user agent group for Googlebot on W3 total cache.

Our team is happy to help you get a new User Agent group created in W3 Total Cache.
You can create a new User Agent group by navigating to Performance > User Agent Groups in your website dashboard. Once you have the settings page opened click the Create a Group button to make a new user agent group.
