If the password reset input field is not displaying for you then you will need to change your password through alternate means.  This guide from our support center shows you some other methods you can use to update your password and get access to your website dashboard.

Once you are logged into your WordPress dashboard I recommend running any available plugin and theme updates since it is likely that one of those outdated items is interfering with the normal password update form.
