If you're trying to move something that is not part of the built-in functionality of BoldGrid, then it will require custom coding/design.  Themes are responsively designed, so it's not typically something you can do without possibly affecting other sections of your website. In order to get assistance with this issue you will need to submit a ticket through email (support@boldgrid.com) or through a BoldGrid Central account.  The BoldGrid team will evaluate the issue and if it's a simple change then they will provide you the code.  If it's something that requires major changes, then you may not be able to change it.  In that case you would need to speak with an experienced web designer/developer.

I hope that helps to answer your question! If you require further assistance please let us know!

Regards,
Arnel C.

Sorry for the issues with the menu. The problem has to do with the responsive design of the themes used in BoldGrid. Menus are set to have only 50% of the space in that location. You can probably reduce the font size to make it fit on either screen size. Making changes to responsive design theme have the complication of affecting much more than just one thing. Changes to BoldGrid themes/inspirations that are not part of the built-in functionality typically require a custom CSS or coding change. However, you are welcome to send a ticket in through a BoldGrid Central account or through email (support@boldgrid.com). They will look at your request and if there is a reasonable coding solution, they will provide it to you.If the issue is complex, then you may need to consult with a designer/web developer. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,

Arnel C.

Hello Amosroyb,

Our apologie but we do not provide support in French.  BoldGrid is a series of plugins that help you to build a WordPress-based site.  It does not anything to do with the Office 365 (if that is what you are referring to).  Please contact your hosting service or the related developing software support for additional aassistance.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,

Sorry for the problems with the password reset.  BoldGrid is a series of plugins that do not have anything to do with the WordPress login (BoldGrid simply rebrands the login interface). You may need to speak with the hosting service in order to get assistance with the WordPress login.  If you are using BoldGrid Central, then please submit a support ticket through the BoldGrid Central interface for further assistance.

Sorry for the problem with the navigation label of a menu.  I could not duplicate this behavior in a test site.  Here's how I was changing it:

I loaded the Monument theme and started changing the labels.  I'm not sure how you're making the changes.  Can you please explain the steps you're taking?  Also, double-check the versions of the theme and the BoldGrid plugins that you're using. Provide us this information so that we can investigate the issue in more depth.

Hello Rose,

Sorry for the issue with the size of the empty space between header and top of the pages in the Venetian theme.  These themes are created to be responsive, so making changes to different elements may affect the responsiveness of the theme. You can change the behavior of the speaking using Custom CSS code (Inspect Element with the Chrome browser).  However, it is beyond the scope of this service.  You are welcome to submit a ticket to support, or you may want to consult with an experienced web designer/developer. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Hello Vinh,

Sorry for the problem with the email address.  If you're having problems logging into the account or WordPress Administrator, then you need to contact the host where you have made the account.  If you're dealing with BoldGrid Central, then you should submit a support ticket through the Support Request in the Manage My Account screen (in BoldGrid Central).  If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Make sure to clear your browser cache, or you may be seeing an old saved copy of the page.  If the problem recurs, then you may need to verify the change was saved appropriately.  If you want us to look at it, we need to know the domain name and change that you are expecting.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

WordPress latest version is 5.1.1, but BoldGrid is a series of plugins and none of them are 5.1. Here's an example of the versions:

Please also try disabling all of the other plugins but the BoldGrid plugins and see if there is a conflict causing the issue to occur.  If the problem recurs, then please provide us with the appropriate version #s for both the plugins and loaded themes and we can investigate the issue in more depth.

If you're trying to accomplish something that is not a normal function within the BoldGrid interface, then it will require custom code - typically CSS to get the behavior you're trying to accomplish.  This is typically beyond the scope of support, however, you are welcome to inquire by sending a support ticket into BoldGrid.  If it's something that can easily be done then the code maybe supplied. Or, you may want to consult with an experienced website designer/developer.
