Hello DavidBlowPhotography,

Sorry for the problem with the video.  Typically, the code used to input the video can control how it will appear on the page.  Can you tell us how you are adding the video?  And, if you can provide the page where it's supposed to appear, we can take a closer look and hopefully provide some feedback to help correct the issue.

Kindest regards,

Arnel C.

Hello Kiora73,

Thanks for the question about the Slider Revolution plugin.  BoldGrid is a WordPress plugin, so we work to certify that it is compatible and works with WordPress.  There are thousands of plugins that people can load, so it's very difficult to make sure that every plugin will work flawlessly with WordPress.  Our recommendation is that you load the latest version of WordPress with the version of Slider Revolution you are trying to use and then see if there are any issues. I have looked to see if there were any previous reports of compatibility issues with Slider Revolution, but I have not been able to find any previously reported issues.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,

Arnel C.

Hello Michelle,

Our recommendation is to go into the Administrator and disable all of the plugins, then re-enable them one by one until you find the plugin that is causing the problem.  You may need to delete it and re-install it to get properly loaded.  If you disable all of the plugins and you still get the error message, then the issue may be related to your WordPress installation.  If you need to re-load WordPress, go to your UPDATES page under Dashboard (in the WordPress Administrator Dashboard).  You will see an option to re-load WordPress under the current version statement.

I hope that helps to answer your question! If you require further assistance please let us know!

Regards,
Arnel C.

The Active site is basically a separate site.  So, if you make the staging site active, then it will be different based on what you have loaded there. The staging site is not supposed to be a duplicate of the active site.

Apologies for the issues with the Attribution removal.  Unfortunately, that is really only removable with a Premium key account.  Please select a pattern and then save it, and then remove it. When I look in mine I am able to remove the pattern so it's just the color.  If that's still not working, you might want to try re-loading the theme to see if that doesn't fix it.  But, I would only do this as a last resort.  Make sure to back up your site first before making any changes.

Elementor is a 3rd party page builder that may be the conflicting plugin.  Try turning that one off and also deactiving Yoast.  Once the site is built you can turn Yoast back on.

You can add the following CSS code to the Customizer section (were you can add custom CSS):

.site-header {
display: none;
}

That should take care of the remnants of the header.

The footer issue that you're seeing is odd because I'm able to remove it using the Fooder Widget controls in the Customizer.  You must have a registered version of BoldGrid for that - this means that you've entered the Premium key.  If you have, then make sure you have the latest versions of the plugin AND the theme. The background pattern of diagonal horizontal lines is set in the Customizer under the Background.  It looks like you removed the image, and you replaced it with a pattern.  When I select a pattern, you can see it here:

You go to the customizer, then select Background and you should be able to select the pattern there.  If you continue to have problems, please let us know.

Thanks Fred!  We appreciate the feedback.  If you find that it's a particular plugin, please submit a ticket to BoldGrid and they can look into it further to see if it's something they can fix.  It may require communication with the plugin developer.

Sorry for the edit icon not appearing where it should. In order for us troubleshoot this, we would need more information.  What version are you using?  What plugins do you have loaded?  Do you have third party themes loaded? If so, please specify.  We would recommend that you have nothing but BoldGrid and WordPress loaded to see if there are no plugin or theme conflicts.  You should also have the latest versions.  Please provide us a little more information and we can investigate the issue in more depth.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Hello Coolpillows,

Sorry for the issues you're having with the header in the Wedge theme. In order for us to investigate the issue, can you please provide a URL so that we can see the issues you're having? Also, are you trying to remove the header from just one page? The inspirations (themes) were created to be displayed based on a responsive design mandate.  So, you may not be able to remove sections without having to add custom CSS to change areas like the header.  Please provide a way for us to see your site, the steps you're taking (so that we can try to duplicate the problem) and we can look into the issue further.

Kindest regards,

Arnel C.
