Unfortunately, I am not able to provide a timeframe for the theme to be updated. You can, in the meantime, follow the WooCommerce guide to manually update the template files. Otherwise, just be sure to keep your theme updated to ensure you have the latest template files, as soon as they are available.

The Hifidel theme appears to be compatible. When I loaded up the theme, I do see that some of the templates are outdated, however, the theme still shows as compatible.

Hello.

I'm sorry to see this is happening. I recommend you remove the menu item (for the Home page) and then add the menu item again, using the correct URL. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Thank you for providing those added details. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any option to modify the horizontal/vertical nature of the Navigation Menu. You may consider submitting this to the BoldGrid developers as a feature request.

Hello Jason! I'm sorry to see that you're having issues with getting the menus customized to your liking. I'm happy to help you out but would need a few more details to properly diagnose and find a solution. Primarily, which Inspiration are you using?

Also, please include the exact steps you are taking to create the block component (and menus) and replicate the issue you are describing.

Hi kurtfairfield, I'm sorry to see you are experiencing this as well. Unfortunately, I'm not certain of the details that Sumiracle's work around resulted in. Hopefully, they can reply back to let you know.

Hello robertwilder5.

Thanks for posting your question regarding customizing your paragraph alignment and removing icons. You should be able to modify these aspects for a particular page/post within the Page and Post Builder Advanced Controls. To remove an icon, you should just be able to use the Delete function on that element.

If that is not where you are trying to make the changes, can you provide an example screenshot of the content you are trying to remove/align? Also, if you could respond back with the Inspiration you are using along with any steps/details to replicate the issue you are experiencing, we can look into this a little further.

Best Regards,

Carlos D

Hi david_santoyo.

Thanks for posting your question regarding changing the text color for a link after customizing your color palette. I recommend, if possible, that you make the modification to the link text in the block, using the Advanced Controls, in the Post and Page Builder

Otherwise, you can use Google Chrome's Dev Tools Console to find the CSS element for the link specifically. Then, use the CSS Editor in the Customizer to change only that element's color and keep your color palette.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello Loren. If you are running your website on a cPanel server you may be able to obtain an SSL Certificate for free. Many hosting companies and third party companies offer SSLs for sale as well. Using the plugin Really Simply SSL does not install an SSL, rather it will just help you redirect the website using https://, assuming you have an SSL already installed. I hope this helps!

Hello wdolson.

Thank you for posting your question regarding migrating your BoldGrid website. I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with this process. It appears that the message is indicating you are attempting to install a plugin using that backup file. You will need to install the BoldGrid backup plugin and restore it through that plugin using the file. The guide you included in your question includes those instructions.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D
