Hello.

I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing an issue with the image and how it appears on mobile devices. Is there a screenshot you can attach that helps us see more clearly the issue you are describing? Also, can you please elaborate on the details of how you uploaded the image, the settings you applied to the image and any other details to replicate what you are doing? This will helps us to provide a more insightful diagnosis. In the meantime, I recommend making a backup of your website and proceeding to apply any updates that are available.

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hi Vinay,

This appears to be a video that you are using as your media. I just attempted to replicate the upload of a video and added it to a column on a test page. I was unable to specify or change the video size. The only method I could use to resize the video was to resize the column width.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D

Hello.

I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing issues while using the BoldGrid Post and Page builder. There is not a comprehensive list of plugins that BoldGrid does not "play nicely" with, however, due to the way most builders are coded, having more than one builder-type plugin activated/installed can sometimes cause conflicts between them.

Typically, I recommend disabling each plugin one by one. Once you disable a plugin, try to replicate the issue. Eventually you may find which one is causing the issue, if that is the case.

Have you tried running a "Check/Repair" on your database? This is typically done with your hosted server. I recommend contacting them in the event you need further assistance with that.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D

Hi Partick.

I have only seen this once on an installation I did. I corrected it by disabling a rule I found that Mod_Security on my server was detecting and blocking the request.

Unfortunately, I do not have any additional recommendations without knowing the exact steps you are taking nor without being more familiar with the server environment. Is your server logging any PHP or Apache errors?

Best regards,

Carlos D.

For customizations that you are unable to make using the functionality of the Customizer, you will need to use the CSS Editor. I believe I just responded to another post you made regarding the opacity. As I understand, you can use the rgba() function for the background-color attribute to specify the opacity without affecting the text.

Hello. Thanks for posting your question regarding the opacity of the text background on your homepage. Unfortunately, the opacity is not something that can be changed using the Customizer. You can, however, make customizations to the CSS using the CSS Editor. As I understand, you can use the rgba() function to accomplish this in the background-color element. I hope this helps!

Hello.

Thanks for posting your question regarding the Title Attribute for the menu items on your page. I'm sorry to see that the field is not working as expected. Unfortunately, the customizer does not provide the option to change the hover over text.

Hello,

Thanks for posting your question regarding the error being displayed. The only issues that this would cause would be apparent if you actually have a duplicate Widget. You can simply ignore this message if you do not have another Widget with the same name. I see the same thing happening on my brand new installation of the Hydra theme.

Hello.

Thanks for posting your question regarding customizing the Widget on your homepage. You should be able to edit the Widget using the Customizer tool. Are you experiencing an issue when using this tool?

Hi Patrick, sorry to see this is happening.

Do you have access to the server that BoldGrid is installed on? If so, I recommend temporarily disabling ModSecurity. I've seen some features of BoldGrid/WordPress not function properly because a particular rule was being triggered. Although no errors appear to suggest this, I recommend disabling ModSecurity and then seeing if that corrects the issue. (Don't forget to enable ModSecurity once you're done testing)

If that does not correct the issue, then I recommend reviewing your PHP error log to determine if there is a limitation of the PHP settings causing the issue. You should be able to reach out to your host's Support for assistance with that.

Feel free to leave a comment for further assistance, any additional details you can provide always help us to replicate and more accurately diagnose the issue.
