Invoice for purchase of W3 Total Cache

Hi,
I have just ordered W3 Total Cache Pro for the website of our client. I thought, that while purchasing there will be the possibility to create an account, but there was just a landing page with the purchase details and the license key.

Now I have created an account, but the subscription is not listed.

Please add our subscription to our account and I need an invoice for our accounting departement.
