Hi,

I have purchased BoldGrid Premium for 1 website through Plesk/Cleverbridge (see attached invoice and reference number 511369377 / EXT.12129582.0000).

Despite following all instructions, replacing my Connect Key, and using the latest generated key (e.g., 85886017-7a4498ef-2f0030b8-33c0a81a), my WordPress install still only recognizes a Free Connect Key and does not unlock Premium features.

Could you please manually activate my Premium license for https://intellibit.no and ensure that my Connect Key is properly recognized?
