I am writing to you with the question that I subscribed to W3 Total cache Pro License on 2025-04-26. Unfortunately, the registration and use of the product further reduced the speed of our website.
My question is, will this subscription be automatically extended in 2026 or only when I pay for the next extension.
We paid for the service this year with a bank card. With the extension of the service, will the next year’s license fee be automatically deducted from the bank card or not.

Since I do not need the service at all, since it slowed down the speed of our current website, and due to the development of a new website, this service is no longer needed, so I will not request support in the future.
