    Hi there,

    I work for Warehaus, and I believe an employee who no longer worksfor us had an account with BoldGrid that should have been cancelled. We recently received a charge from BoldGrid, but we do not have a known account and would like to cancel any ongoing subscription and receive a credit. Can you please help me understand why we were charged, and how to proceed.
