Hello, our company credit card (United media Sarl) was charged by your company for USD99 on December 16th 2025. We are unaware that we have any membership or use any of your services, so please let us know when this membership started, and the email that established the membership, so we can trace it back to the person who started it. Please send the data to both my email and -redacted-. We would also like to have a access to this account so we can cancel it if needed.
