When I click the link on my “Welcome to W3 Total Cache Pro” email, I get a message that my access key is not valid. Please try again. And I can’t log into anything! I created an account on BOLDGRID with the same email I used to buy W3 Total Cache, but there is no history of my purchase in the account. I want to cancel and get a refund, but I can’t find any way to contact the company. Is this some kind of scam? Should I take this up with my credit card?
