I have saved my customizations using the “save draft” function but everything keeps disappearing! 3 times now I have lost everything! I REALLY want to use BoldGrid to create my website, but I need help! I am doing what I understand to be correct, based upon the tutorials I have watched and am a total loss as to how to create a website that will have MY customizations (logo, fonts, etc.) and be saved into my staging area. Any suggestions?

Thank you for contacting us about issues saving drafts. As a test, try disabling non-BoldGrid plugins to rule them out. Also, here is a helpful guide on PHP Troubleshooting for BoldGrid which can narrow the cause down further.
