Hello,
I had an issue with customizing my wordpress website using bold grid so I deactivated bold grid and was gonna go and reactivate it. Right before I was able to reactivate it the page turned white and said there was a fatal error and now I can’t get back into my site to do anything. Can you please help me figure out what to do.

Thank you for contacting us about getting kicked out of your site. I recommend displaying and logging errors as it may provide more specific information into what is happening. Also, try disabling your plugins, you can do this by renaming your /plugins folder, For example, rename the folder to “plugins.old” to disable them all en masse. This will rule out a conflicting plugin.
