    Hello Marko,
of course I know how to open a new ticket, I simply didn’t see a necessity for it. Anyway, since approx. 22 hours the batch process seems to work, and I can also convert single images now.
I am still not sure that auto convert is working, but at the moment this is not an issue, as I am currently the only user. In 6 til 8 weeks we are going to relaunch and the implement more users. Do you know about current problems woth the auto conversion or is tít possibly just connected to our earlier problems with the whole conversion to webp?
    Best regards,
    Peter

    Hello Peter,

    Thank you for reaching out.
On the support end, it’s better to have the topic opened for this so we can possibly check the website and have more details about the environment.
The comment section is not the best place to provide support.
Auto-convert will work once enabled in the Images service settings. You can check this by uploading a few new images. In the Media Library, you will see if the images were reconverted.
It seems that there was some connectivity problem between your server and the W3TC API at some point, or the conversion server was overloaded with the number of requests.
If convenient, can you share the URL of the website?
    Thanks!
