I’m contacting you in regard to multiple images being stuck in “processing”. I left my computer on over night to see if the issue would be resolved, but unfortunately it’s still the same. Can you please assist me with this issue? I’m trying to convert .PNG and .JPG to WebP.

Can you please share when you started to experience this? Are those newly added images and are you using auto-convert in W3 Total Cache??
Can you also please try to manually convert the images in the media library?
