I’m getting an error page whenever I try to login into my boldgrid & my word press site. For some reason I get the same error page when I try to access the admin page directly (www.ftlvintage.com/wp-admin/). I’m not sure how long it’s been doing this but I just noticed yesterday. I contacted WP directly and they said it was a WP canvas issue but did not tell me how to solve it.
Also, when I log in through the central login I’m directed to an extremely old draft of my website, and that happens on WP as well. Hopefully I provided enough information but I can provide more. Thanks!
Sorry for the problem with the page going to a 503 error. I would recommend trying to troubleshoot the site by first disabling plugins by renaming the plugins folder. If the site comes backup without the plugins loading, then it’s most likely an issue with a plugin that you’re using. You may need to speak with your hosting server’s support team for assistance if you are unable to make the changes.
