I am the Asst. Business Controller for Galbraith Laboratories. During a recent review of credit card expenses, we found a charge from Bold Grid on April 11th for $69. We are attempting to determine the nature of this charge. We have had some turnover in leadership due to a relatively recent acquisition. As a result, our current team is not informed with what we are paying for, who set up the account, etc. Would you be able to contact me and help me understand more about the account?

Would it be possible to set up a call? As I mentioned before, I suspect this account was set up by one of our employees who is no longer with us. All I can see is a charge on our company credit card. Not sure if this is a one-time charge or maybe an annual subscription fee. I am certain that none of our existing team is aware of this fee. What do you suggest as the best way forward?

Thank you for reaching out to our support team. I found that account because of the premium ticket that was submitted. I was able to refunded that charge for you and canceled your subscription. Please allow up to five business days for that refund to process.
