Please help me . I am installing W3 total cache plugin to wp websit, its not installing but showing a page with “The plugin does not have valid header” now what to do?

Are you installing the plugin through your WordPress dashboard or are you uploading the plugin to your server’s file system directly? If you are using the WordPress dashboard, are you installing it using the manual upload option or downloading from the WordPress repository?
Once we get that information our team will have a better idea of where the problem is coming from and hopefully point us towards a solution.
