Look please delete the [redacted] sites with keys .I got a new key, but still showing in 3 sites and no customizer access to crio premium!

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble getting to your premium features of Crio. I did check on the site you mentioned, and it looks like all of your subscriptions are on the same key.
The other step you’ll need is to make sure that the Crio Premium extension plugin is active and installed on your sites. You can download the plugin from your BoldGrid Central account here: https://www.boldgrid.com/central/plugins
