    Hello,

I have the pro-w3cache plugin, and I have a plugin that shows ajax errors and also shows like it needs an update, but I have the last update for that plugin. When I deactivated the w3cache plugin, the errors have disappeared, and I wonder if you can help me with it.

    Best regards.

    Hello Fahad,

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Since you have not shared the website URL can you please provide the screenshots of the mentioned issues like the plugin needs to update and the ajax errors?
    Thanks!

Thank you, but there is no option here for me to upload screenshots. I have the pro version, and I am not sure how can I use private support and not seen it in the forum?

    Hi Fahad-

You can use a service like imgbb.com to share screenshots here in the forum. You can access Premium Support directly from your WordPress Dashboard in the Performance > Support menu, or by contacting us directly via this form.

    Hi Fahad-

Thanks for the screenshots! I noticed that in your first screenshot, it mentions, “See your browser developer console for details.”

Are you able to check your browser console so we can see those? Here’s a quick video on how to use your browser console to check AJAX errors:

I did. I found that this issue is with all dropshipping plugins. They recommended deactivating w3cache and SEO plugins. I just saw this when I tried to connect my site with another drop shipping service. So I wonder is there any way to use those dropshipping with w3cache as they don’t want to fix this and recommended to deactivate only.

    Hi Fahad,

Can you please share which settings you have enabled in Performance>General settings?
Have you tried disabling minify (if enabled) and see if the issue persists?
It would be great if you could share the website URL and please feel free to drop us a note via the plugin in Performance>Support.
    Thanks!
