    InMotion instructed me to send you the following error message. They have not been able to correct the error and inMotion and I need your help ASAP

    Thanks for contacting Support! I’m sorry that we’ve been having trouble with the backup tool, I think the best next steps here are to contact Boldgrid support, they have a contact form here:

    You should include the found error in the support ticket to Boldgrid, here’s the relevant part of the log:

    Hi William-

    Thanks for reaching out, and thanks for using Total Upkeep Premium to store your backups on Google Drive.

    This log appears to be a google-drive-connect.log file, but it looks like the beginning and end might have been cut off from what you’ve included here.

    I’m assuming a couple of things about your issue- first, you’re trying to upload your backup to Google Drive and second, something went wrong with the upload. If my assumptions are correct, can you also include the corresponding google-drive-upload.log file in your reply here, so we can see if there is any more information?

    If my assumptions aren’t correct, can you describe the issue that you’re having with your backups?
