I am using the Linx Active Theme. I have the Background Image set to “Fixed” and “Cover Page”. While the background image adjusts in size for different screen sizes on my PC, it doesn’t opnmy mobile devices (iPhone, iPad). Can this be fixed?
Sorry to hear that your Background Image doesn’t adjust on mobile devices. You specify that the image doesn’t open in your mobile device. The website does not have separate code to open on different devices, so it should be opening in the browser regardless of the device. We would need a URL to review the issue in more depth. Also, if you get any error messages, please let us know. Provide us this information and we can investigate the problem further.
