when I am in the Customizer and toggle by the device options including the phone view the background looks fine. Therefore there is no need to edit it from the customizer. However when I send the preview link to my email and open it from my phone the background picture disappears and is showing solid white instead. How can I fix this?

Apologies for the delay in the reply to this issue and for the problem with the background not showing on your iPhone. In order for us to troubleshoot this we will need more information. Please provide more details such as the URL that you are using, the versions you are using and any other pertinent information that can help us define/duplicate the problem.
