    After installing Total Upkeep and Total Upkeep Pro, I am prompted to run the first backup by clicking the “Backup Site Now” button. This goes through the process of backing up the website for quite a few minutes, which I can confirm the files are being saved to the \boldgrid_backup\ folder on my web server. But when I go to the Backups tab, it says “It looks like you don’t have any backups!”.

    Checking through the logs from the backup, it looks like allocation of JIT memory failed and that PCRE JIT is disabled, and that memcached.sess_lock_wait and memcached.sess_lock_max_wait are deprecated.

    In settings, I’ve authorized Google Drive multiple times but it will not check the box. The log file shows these errors repeatedly:

    Unable to connect to Google Drive. invalid json token.
    Boldgrid_Backup_Premium_Admin_Remote_Google_Drive_Client::get_access_token No access token.
    Boldgrid_Backup_Premium_Admin_Remote_Google_Drive::get_details Missing access token.
    Boldgrid_Backup_Premium_Admin_Remote_Google_Drive::get_details Access token is expired.

    I am hoping that you can assist me with this plugin.

    Sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing with backups Brandon, our team will do everything we can to help!

    Some other users reported similar problems with Google Drive authorization in the past and in those cases the authorization failure was caused by their Mod Security settings interfering with the callback authorization from the Drive API. I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they are able to make the necessary adjustments to the Mod Security configuration and allow Google Drive requests to pass through uninterrupted.

    One reason the backup files might not be showing up as expected in the Backup Archives is if your web server has FastCGI enabled in the PHP configuration and the backup process is terminating before the process finishes. Disabling FastCGI or switching the backup compressor to System Zip might help backups generate properly and start showing up in the archives.

    Hopefully these changes allow Total Upkeep to start working as expected and please let us know how it goes!

    Thanks for your quick response and you help in resolving my issue. I was able to change the settings to system zip and the site successfully backed up (rather than disabling FastCGI).

    As for the ability to authorize Google Drive, I tried disabling mod security on the site with no avail. But I switched browsers to Microsoft Edge and was able to authorize with no problem. Must be some kind of error with chrome? Either way, it’s all set up now.

    Thanks again for your help!
