I have been getting this error message now for the last 5 weeks. I have contacted my last hosting company (inmotion) and my current hosting company (namehero) both of them didn’t fix it. Now I am asking for your support on how to fix it. I appreciated if you could fix it soon please. I want to reinstall my theme to match the updated version. Thanks.

This error occurs when the PHP PDO MySQL extension is not installed in your hosting environment. NameHero does offer a guide on enabling PHP extensions in your cPanel dashboard.
Look for the option to enable pdo_mysql, and you should be able to avoid this error for your future backups.
