Hi! My site uses the Avada theme. I configured the W3 plugin according to an article on your site, but I didn’t get better results than just using the performance settings of the theme itself. What did I do wrong? How can it be determined?

Can you please share which testing tools you used to test the performance and what configuration you used in the W3 Total Cache?
I can see that W3TC is not enabled at the moment. Can you please confirm this?
