    Hi,
The included WordPress plugin for Blog pages that allows people to subscribe by email vanished this morning. I’ve looked in plugins, widgets, and customize-widgets. No where to be found. (this was all done prior to creating another staging test site).
In the test site, I tried reinstalling the latest version of WordPress; I was not allowed to do so – it timed out.
I’ve looked for this widget/plugin online and am repeatedly told that it automatically comes with any wordpress site. So??? (I have also viewed in my searching that this has occurred to other people as well – no solution was noted on any of the inquiries; unable to help myself this route either).
Any assistance you can provide would be great.
    Thank you,
    Kelly

    Hi Kelly,

Thanks for reaching out and thank you for using Crio Pro WordPress theme! I’m sorry hear you’re having issues with one of your plugins.

Can you tell us name of the plugin you’re missing from your dashboard? We’ll inspect your site and see what we can find out.

    Thank you

Thank your for your reply. Note: I returned to the live site now – https://ourmountainvillage.com.
The plugin I’m having difficulty with is the Subscribe Block on Jetpack. After further research, it appears the problem may be with the WordPress.com connection (that particular feature won’t work without the wp.com connection. This problem may stem from the WordPress.com site – I found it impossible to create an account or get to a login screen.
Here are some screenshots of what I’m seeing from attempts to connect from my own site… Hmmmm…well, never mind the screenshots – won’t allow me to post them here.
Anyway, any suggestions you have are welcome.
    Thank you,
    Kelly

PS: I did run a jetpack debug and there were no issues discovered via that route.

    Thanks Shari,

You may want to reach out directly JetPack support. They may be able to assist you further if there’s something preventing you from accessing the premium feature of their plugin.

You’re likely not the only person who’s experienced this issue and they may be able to provide you with a resolution.

Also if ever need to post images or screenshots in a forum like this in the future you can use a platform like ImgBB which will allow you to send your screenshot in the form of a link.

Thank you! I hope you’re able to get this resolved with JetPack Support!
