    Can’t even begin building website because the server apparently isn’t sending emails. (and hasn’t been for two days) I have quadruple checked two separate email accounts, spam, trash, etc… as I am trying to set up a new website. However, after repeatedly asking for a resent email, I still have nothing. Tried to set up a new user, and that email hasn’t received any email from you either. Both emails are working properly – receiving emails from other accounts, but not from bold grid.

    I’m sorry to see that your email is not working properly. Can you please provide the steps you are taking to send the email(s) that you are not receiving. Also, which email address are you using? These details will help us diagnose the issue with your email.
