    I am trying to build a page with multiple blocks, but the blocks will not load. They loaded the first time I tried, and I was able to add one, but I can’t add anything else, and the text at the top where you can select which type of block from a drop down is greyed out. I’ve attached an image of what the screen looks like – the right is blank because nothing is loading, the top is greyed out, and the left is what I was working on before this became a problem.

    What can’t be seen from the screenshot is the circle coming out of the boldgrid icon indicating that it’s trying to load the screen.

    Hi there, I have been adding blocks into my pages for the last week or so but today for some reason, the blocks are not loading all of a sudden when i click on the ‘add block’ button as I usually do. I have added my connect key so I can use premium blocks but this has not helped. I have logged out and back in again and still not loading, just spinning… and now the ‘add connect key’ button is showing again after I just added it. To separate problems here possibly but can you help? Thanks Kate.

    Thanks for reaching out, and thanks for using the Post and Page Builder for WordPress.

    It looks like yesterday during the US evening hours one of our block servers lost connectivity for a short time. This should already be resolved and you should be able to add blocks again now.

    Please let us know if you’re having any more trouble.
