    Hi,

I have been on the 20 instance Cloudpress plan. My credit card changed, and I was not on autorenewal so all my sites were put to inactive.

Today, I paid the $60 annual for the 20 site package. I can create new sites, but I still cannot access my old sites. Can someone please reactive all my sites, so I can resume normal work again?

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for reaching out with our BoldGrid Cloud WordPress questions. I’m sorry to hear your having some issues but I’d like to get you over to premium support to get this sorted out for you. It’s likely an issue with your Premium Connect Keys.

You can access BoldGrid Premium Support from the help section of your BoldGrid Central account.

We look forward to assisting your further with this Mark!

    Hi Brandon,

I don’t actually have a connect key even though I paid $60 for Cloudpress, so I can’t access Premium support. It’s kind of a gap in the support system. I don’t need a connect key, so I don’t really want to pay for one in order to get support for my larger paid order. Got any advice? Can BoldGrid hook me up with a single key?

Thanks for your reply and for your help!

    Brandon,

I would like to cancel and get a refund for the 20 site Cloudpress standalone supscription, so I can then buy the 15 site with Connect package, so I can then get Premium Support.

Without a Connect Key, my sites and me are dead in the water, so the only way I can get Premium Support and get this resolved is get a $60 refund for Cloudpress subscription, then buy a $60 Premium Connect Key subscription.

Can you please process the refund, or point me to a person or chat username or something other than a general forum to execute the refund because I can’t request it through Premium Support.

    Thanks for your help.

    Mark

    Hey Brandon,

Happy New Year, man! I’m guessing that you fixed this for me because I am able to get access to my old sites and among some other fixes.

I really appreciate your help. It was turning into a lost cause and a real pain in the ass. Then it wasn’t, and I assume you took care of it for me.

Thanks a lot. I appreciate you, bud. A LOT 🙂
