Hello, I just noticed that the menu options for Boldgrid editing are missing in Chrome, where I do most of the work on my website. The buttons are visible in other browsers, including Edge, so I don’t think it’s a BG setting that’s caused this.

I’m currently using Chrome (Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)) and I’ve turned off all extensions, restarted the browser and my pc without any change. Here’s an image on tumblr showing how the buttons are missing in Chrome, but visible in another browser.

I have the hydra theme active, though I doubt it’s a theme issue.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello Kat,

Thanks for contacting us about your missing buttons issue. using the same version of chrome i was unable to replicate the issue, I would recommend clearing your cache in your browser and any caching you may be running on the server, There are details here on how to clear the cache for chrome.

    Best Regards,

That did it. I should have thought about that myself, sorry about that. Thank you for helping me!

Actually, it just started happening on all my browsers today and clearing the cache hasn’t fixed it. It’s very odd!

I had the issue section menu is gone.

What I need to do is update Boldgrid to 4.9.1 and update WordPress to latest.

It seems like you were able to resolve the issue you were reporting. Are you still experiencing issues after updating WordPress and BoldGrid?
