Hi, today when trying to edit a post, the editor toolbar is not displaying correctly. The content in ‘visual’ view is narrow and over to the side of the screen and the toolbar covers many of the options. I checked the console and see multiple versions of:

Thanks for reaching out and thank you for using BoldGrid Post and Page Builder for WordPress. I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with the page editor.
Is the problem limited to one page that you’re attempting to edit or is the issue present on all pages and post? Has it effected your live site in anyway? I’m browsing the site now and all elements seem to be intact so that’s a good sign.
One possibility is that the in the recent update of Post and Page Builder we rolled out a new full screen editing feature. It’s possible that this new feature might have caused the issue with the editor as well. To address it, download the WP Rollback plugin and switch Post and Page Builder back to the previous version before your last update.

If you send us a screenshot of your page editor through ImgBB it would give us a better understanding of the issue your dealing with. Then we’d be better equip to offer our suggestions.

I had the same problem as Dave so took your advice and WP Rollbacked to ver 1.14.2 and the edit Page worked normally again. Definitely something not right with ver 1.15.0.
Thanks Steven, yes this issue was recently brought to our attention after rolling out the new full screen editor feature. The dev team has been notified and they’re working on a patch for it. Sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused.

We have received a number of reports from other users about this issue with the Post and Page Builder 1.15.0 release, but so far we have been unable to replicate the problem on our end.
Our current theory is that there is some kind of plugin conflict responsible for the issue and we would appreciate it if you could send us a list of all the plugins installed on your website so we can conduct some additional testing.

Can you give a progress update on this issue please? I did the rollback as suggested which did make the plugin work but also broke various links between other parts of the site.

We don’t have an official date for the patch. Still expecting it soon (within the next month or so).
I have been made aware of another work-around. You can try restoring the latest version of the plugin. If the problem persist in the page editor try deactivating Post and Page builder and then immediately reactivating it, clear your cache, then refresh the editor.
We’ve been told this work-around has restored functionality for some customers. I hope you’re one of them!
