Hello,
We are using W3 total cache on our website.
We are now makeing our site multilingual and installed popup opt-in form.
For the differenc countries we set different languages and diffierent pop-up.
Unfortunately the caching of the website does not allow the respective languages and popups to appear at the specific pages.Is there a setting that we can tweak, so that different pages and plugins are cached for different countries/locations?

Can you please share if you are using any Multilingual plugin and do you have W3 Total Cache Pro license?
I am not quite sure what you are trying to achieve here. I’ve checked your website and I am not seeing where I can change the language to check this.
W3 Total Cache caches the pages and different pages are cached depending on the URL. Are you using the same URL for all languages?
