Can I build a standard blog as designer to offer to my customers?

Hello,

I’m a web designer and want to use bold grid as my site builder and build a standard blog that I can offer my customers as I teach them how to start a blog. I will have a tutorial on the following:

1. buy a domain
2. get a host for your site – A2 hosting
3. purchase my blog theme (or they purchase my tutorial which includes the standard blog theme I create to offer on the site)
4. instructions on uploading, adding information, text, images, blog posts, etc.
5. how to monetize
6. free photo sites
7. offer my service of assistance by the hour

So basically, my question is buying this at the yearly price, can I create a standard blog theme that a new user can use that will be saved as a file upload theme? from boldgrid.
