I have tried to upload several video files to no avail. I have tried .AVI, .MOV,.MP4 – it doesn’t seem to matter which type or what size – I keep getting the same error after it starts to upload.
“Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check in the Media Library or reload the page.”
I don’t know what else to try but this is really inhibiting the use of my website..I am using the CRIO theme

Sorry you’re having issues uploading media files to your website. This is usually due to a server side limitation that involves increasing your maximum file upload size.
Your web host InMotion Hosting has on great article (linked above) on how to do just that. After increasing your
upload_max_filesizeyou should have no problem uploading your media files to your WordPress site.I hope this helps. Please reach back out if you have any other questions for us.
