Can you have a top menu on home page and both a top menu and left menu on sub pages?

I have links in the top nav that drive to 3 different areas that should have their own deeper navigation. On those subpages, I want to leave the top nav in place, but introduce left nav for those areas. Is that do-able?

Hello,

The easiest way to do this would most likely be to create a menu for each section and then use a menu widget plugin to place the menus in their section.
