    I want to cancel auto renewal for my $99 subscription for W3 Total Cache. Please do it now and notify me when it is done.

    It is pretty crazy that I have a Premium account for $99 dollars a year, and I have to post a question such as this on a public forum. This is Adobe type behavior that we are all familiar with. Why do you need to be sketch with the billing? I’ve never seen anything so sketch, and it is a direct reflection of the quality of the team and people at W3 Total Cache.

    When you subscribed to the W3 Total Cache Pro, you received an email with the license key and the invoice, and you can reply to that email to request any assistance with the W3 Total Cache billing.
    This email also contains the link to manage your subscription and check the invoices.

    You can also reach out to us directly via the plugin in Performance> Support>Billing and ask any questions about your subscription.
